Accomplishing great things requires a great team. I learned this at a young age as a competitive sailor. My focus on hard work and the use of effective strategies on the water has translated to success in my real estate assignments.

I started in commercial real estate in 2002 during my final year at the University of Southern California and have been creating transactions ever since. I have been a leader and mentor wherever I work and participate.

My clients appreciate my experience, transparency, and ability to achieve the best results for their property or business. I have completed well over 1,000 transactions, ranging in value from tens of thousands up to tens of millions. I work directly on all transaction types for office and industrial properties in Orange County and use my network of strategic partners to build the right team for any other asset types and markets.

I enjoy seeing ideas materialize off a napkin and into reality and believe that taking a completely vacant property to a fully leased project brings a piece of real estate to life. I live in Newport Beach with my wife and son. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time on the water, sailing and surfing.
