Mac Mace Represents Seller on $8.39M Office Property in Costa Mesa, Leases Space Shortly After

ORANGE COUNTY, CA Mac Mace, current Director at Topside Real Estate, represented the seller of a 28,402 SF flex/office building located at 3050 Pullman St., Costa Mesa, CA. Escrow closed July 2020, and shortly after, the buyers signed a new 10-year NNN single-tenant lease with Lucid Motors.
