Topside celebrated their first year in business in appropriate style, closing escrow on an office building sale on their anniversary. 

“We thought it was very symbolic that on the exact day of our first anniversary, we represented a buyer closing escrow on a flex building in Irvine”, said Rob Rader, Topside’s President. It represented our 6th sale transaction for the year, which for a start up company opening in the throes of a global pandemic, is something we are very proud of. In the first quarter of this year, Topside sales represented 25% of the sales market in Irvine.”

Started in May 2020, Topside is the creation of Rob Rader and Eric Paulsen, who joined together to combine their over 50 years of commercial real estate experience between them to create a company with a client and employee first mentality. Topside was formed to find, underwrite, control and transact on  mall buildings in Southern California, with a primary focus on buildings in Orange County, where both Rob and Eric were born, raised, and still live today.
