Chris is a seasoned real estate finance professional with over 30 years of experience raising debt and equity capital for real estate development, redevelopment, acquisitions, portfolio financing, and asset management. Chris has closed over $3 billion in loans ranging from construction
financing, portfolio loans, asset reposition, unsecured revolvers, long-term financing, bond financing, and private & public equity.
